Bus Track Masters is a racing game that pits buses against each other. The game has eight levels in total and you need to complete two races in the previous round to unlock the next one. It doesn't matter the finishing order; players only need to control your cars to complete two laps in each game to be counted as completed.
Each level will consist of four buses racing against each other. On the main screen, there is information such as the track map, current order, and current lap. The racetrack and opponents between levels are different. In addition, after finishing a level, players will receive some bonuses so he can change the bus he controls. The higher the rank, the bigger the bonus.

To start the race, players choose the type of car you want. Buses in Bus Track Masters include four maneuver commands:
- UP arrow: go straight
- DOWN arrow: reverse the car
- LEFT arrow: go left
- RIGHT arrow: go right
