In Pinnacle Motox, a stunning racing game, motorcycles compete against each other. There are eight levels, and to access the next round, you must finish the one before it. Players simply need to control the primary object to finish two laps in each game for it to be considered finished, regardless of the finishing order.
Pinnacle Motox's primary screen displays data such as the current lap, order, and race map. There are differences in the racecourse and opponents between levels. Additionally, gamers will gain bonuses after completing a level that allows you to switch up the motorcycle you are controlling. The bonus grows in proportion to rank.

Players select your preferred automobile type before the race begins. The game features mostly composed of four control commands:
- UP arrow: go straight
- DOWN arrow: reverse the moto
- LEFT arrow: left
- RIGHT arrow: go right
